Quit Smoking
Unlock Your Smoke-Free Future with Bioresonance Technology
What is bioresonance?
Biorezonance is a supportive treatment method that uses frequencies to enhance your well-being and provide mental relaxation.
Resonance, a term from physics, refers to the alignment of two frequencies. In biorezonance, a similar approach is used: the frequency of a defined substance is captured, converted to its inverse frequency, and directed back to you to induce resonance, alignment, and neutralization of that information.
Inspired by homeopathy, resonance therapies involve interacting with the body or soul using energetic signals introduced externally to create changes in the energetic nature of a living being.
In simple terms, biorezonance therapy works similarly to sound barriers, taking the frequency of the substance you input into the device (such as tobacco, alcohol, carbohydrates) and generating its inverse frequency to direct it back at you. This inverted frequency resonates with the frequency of the substance causing addiction in your body, neutralizing that information. The body starts perceiving that substance as a foreign substance.
Are there any risks or side effects?
There are no known risks or side effects associated with bioresonance therapy.
However, you may experience mild headaches or drowsiness after the session.
It should be used with caution in patients with pacemakers, those with epilepsy, and pregnant women.
It can be safely used for all age groups.
What should you do before the session?
First and foremost, it is very important that you truly want to quit smoking. It’s normal to have the fear of “what if I can’t quit,” but the key is whether you truly want to quit.
If you are going through a difficult emotional and mental period, it will be easier to quit smoking when you feel more comfortable and ready.
The first 3-4 days after the session are crucial. During this time, it’s important not to smoke and to avoid environments where people smoke or where you might be reminded of smoking. A follow-up support session on the 3rd or 4th day after the initial session may provide light or enhanced support depending on your situation. Therefore, you should not smoke at all until the second session. If you will be in a stressful environment during this time, it would be healthier to choose a 3-4 day period when you will feel more comfortable.
If you are willing to quit and think the timing is right, you should contact us to schedule an appointment.
Before the session, we will ask you to watch the videos we recommend during the appointment booking process and read the “quit smoking guide.”
Starting from the evening before the session, you should drink plenty of water, avoid consuming tea or coffee on the day of the session, and bring the cigarette, tobacco, or hookah products you frequently use, as well as 1 liter of water in a glass bottle.
Preparation before the session and the session itself will require approximately 1.5 hours of your time.
What happens when you come to the session?
In the first session, before the session starts, you will smoke 2 cigarettes of the brand you frequently use and bring with you (we need 2 half-smoked butts; after that, you can continue smoking until you are done). We collect the cigarette you smoked, its ash, and smoke in a special bottle and place this bottle in the device. Doctor of our partner clinic takes any metal items you have on you such as necklaces, rings, watches, or mobile phones. Then, he connects you to the device using metal plates placed on your abdomen, neck, forehead, and hands.
During the application, the frequency of the cigarette in the glass bottle placed in the device is detected by the device and reversed, then strongly delivered back to you for approximately 50 minutes. Afterwards, Bach Flowers and Roller applications are carried out to provide psychological support during your smoking cessation process.
You will not experience any pain or discomfort during the sessions, and pleasant music will accompany you.
What should I do after the session?
On the day of the session, you may experience a headache and feel drowsy. Therefore, try to stay calm and relaxed in the evening.
You can go to a hammam or sauna or take a hot shower to sweat.
In the first few days, make sure to drink about 1 litre more water than you normally consume.
From time to time, you may feel the desire to smoke; in this case, you can use the spray provided to you after the session.
What should you do if I feel like smoking after the session?
After the first session, we expect your desire to smoke to decrease day by day. However, if you find yourself struggling during this process:
- First, you can use the spray you have been provided you after the session.
- You can suppress your urge to smoke with a small snack.
- You can focus on another topic with an activity such as light exercise, walking, or a hot shower.
- If you still want to smoke and are struggling, you can contact us to arrange a support session that will make the process easier.
For our clients who come to us to quit smoking, our partner clinic usually performs a second and third support session to make the effect more permanent.
